Elfkat with a list of plants that are magic for attracting bees to your garden. I love it after the last frosts when our bees return. We have a lot of evergreen hedges around the house and they literally hum for several months a year. I have never been stung by a bee even when they have popped into our areas to explore. If you live in an apartment or have a paved over back yard you can still plant hanging baskets or planters filled with beautiful blossoms and their scents.. great for you and the bees. Also check out the herbs that you can also use to create with in the kitchen.

This is an issue I’ve followed for several years now. It’s snowing in my neck of the woods today, but it’s never too early to start thinking about what to plant in the springtime. Consider these!

I definitely will plant what I can to help the bees – those delightful creatures that give and teach us so much. Thank you for sharing this.
