I’m sad that he was killed…but he saved four other lives in giving up his own. That took tremendous courage…I just didn’t have words before.

He was Wiccan and I recognize his face from our Faire and they make such a big deal about Christian heroes and not that other people can be just as heroic and loving if not more so because we aren’t impelled to do so by religion but because your heart tells you to do it.

I agree…we do the right thing simply because it’s the right thing to do. Courage like that is sorely overlooked.
