Please join us THIS Sunday, September 10, 2006, from
10 AM to 6 PM, for the 8th annual Pagan Pride Day in
Los Angeles. It will be held yet
again at Whittier Narrows in El Monte.
Pagan Pride Day is a day for the Pagan community to
and celebrate their religion. It is also a day for the
general public to
learn about our practices, and so this event is open
to the public. For
admission, we simply ask for a donation to our charity

covens, workshops and signings by various authors and

Among the featured speakers are Donald Michael Kraig,
Ed Fitch, Raven & Stephanie Grimassi, Sabina Magliocco
and many others. Entertainment is scheduled for much
of the day, including League of Vampiric Bards, Hutch,
and Hauk. This year PPLA will also give away its
first Community Service Award, recognizing the efforts
one Pagan who has made a positive impact on promoting
religious diversity and tolerance, particularly
paganism, through education, community outreach and
communication. (All the nominees deserve attention
for making such an impact, but we only made one
