I will admit to a bone deep fear of one thing on the planet – The dentist. I have very good reason to fear the dentist. I’ve had 3 very bad experiences there. So.. today I girded my loins and went for the first time in 7 years.
I gagged all the way through the x-rays. I felt sorry for the poor tech. But the dentist had good news and bad news. The good news, no cavities, the bad news I have to have 2 deep cleanings at $90 bucks a pop and then 1 every 3 months until they are happy with my gums.
I guess I will gag my way through those but I feel like a dragonslayer at the moment. I survived the battle!
Weird thing I got there just as the heavens opened up and it poured for about 10 minutes and stopped and now it feels like a steam bath.
